The story of a West Country firm:
Central Facilities Group was started in Torbay, Devon in 1982, now based in Weston Super Mare, we offer housekeeping, cleaning and support services to a broad spectrum of clients within the Hotel, Retail & Commercial industry.
From a handful of local clients the organisation grew as more and more companies saw the financial wisdom of outsourcing these functions.
Today we have staff of more than two thousand people.

Almost a decade ago we started working to achieve the internationally recognised ISO 9001 quality standard, which we were awarded in 2000 and have retained ever since.
This means we not only deliver quality, but that quality can be measured and proved. When you do business with Central Facilities you will have your own account manager who remains your point of contact with the business, even if your requirements change.
In addition to close management, our quality control team monitor activities and make regular customer feedback calls to see if there is anything we can do to improve the service we offer.
Finally, we induct and train our staff on site in the tasks they are asked to perform, so that we eliminate a whole level of possible error.
